Could a really good boys high school basketball team
beat a WNBA team?
I was working out and saw Connecticut play New York. It was 0-0 with 7:40 left in the first quarter. It was one of the most painful things I have witnessed. It was as if they were playing in lead tennis shoes.
They once asked Bob Knight how he would spend his last day on earth if he knew he was going to die that night. He said, "I'd watch a WNBA game... it'd be the longest day of my life." Or something to that effect.
